Terms of engagement

These terms apply to professional services provided by App Beaconpoint Co., Ltd. (“App Beaconpoint,” “we,” “us”) via app-beaconpoint.click and related engagements in Thailand.

Acceptance

By requesting a briefing, accepting a proposal, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you engage us on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that company.

Services

We provide executive KPI reporting, diagnostics, board pack design, and briefing facilitation as described in written proposals. Website content is informational and does not itself create a binding engagement until a proposal is accepted.

Client responsibilities

You supply accurate source access, timely feedback, and appropriately authorized attendees for briefings. Delays in access may shift delivery dates without reducing fees for work already performed.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing methods, templates, and visual systems remain our property. Deliverables prepared for you may be used internally by your organization. Public redistribution, resale, or white-labeling requires written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public business information obtained during an engagement and use it only for the agreed work, except where disclosure is required by law.

Fees and payment

Fees follow the accepted proposal. Invoices are payable as stated therein. Late amounts may pause ongoing cycles after written notice.

Liability

Our work supports management judgment; it is not an audit, assurance opinion, or guarantee of business outcomes. To the extent permitted by Thai law, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised text for website use; active engagements follow the proposal then in force unless otherwise agreed.
