Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers professional engagements with App Beaconpoint Co., Ltd., including scorecards, diagnostics, board packs, and briefings.
Eligibility
Fees for work not yet started may be refunded in full if you cancel in writing before the kickoff date in the proposal. Deposits for reserved briefing rooms follow the timelines below.
Timeframe
Cancellation notices must arrive at least five business days before a scheduled on-site briefing or kickoff for fixed projects. Monthly retainers require thirty days’ written notice ending at a cycle boundary.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund: written cancel before work starts and before materials are purchased for your pack.
- Partial refund: after kickoff, fees reflect completed discovery, design, or production stages documented in the proposal schedule.
- No refund for completed briefings, delivered packs, or finished diagnostic readouts.
Non-refundable items
Third-party printing ordered at your request, approved travel already incurred, and rush surcharges for work inside five business days are non-refundable once committed.
Process
Email info@app-beaconpoint.click with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fifteen business days of confirmation.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Briefings may be rescheduled once without fee when notice arrives at least three business days ahead. Same-day no-shows are billed in full. Monthly production continues unless the retainer is cancelled under the notice rules above.
Work already started
Draft pages, interview notes, and measure dictionaries prepared before cancellation remain billable for the stage completed. Materials remain confidential under our terms.
