Briefings
A ninety-minute room where the scorecard becomes decisions.
Briefings are the live half of our executive KPI reporting work. They turn the monthly pack into a shared reading of utilization, margin, and client health.
Pre-read arrives forty-eight hours ahead
Leadership receives the one-page scorecard and a short narrative so the meeting opens on questions, not first glances.
Opening movements
We spend the first twenty minutes on the three changes that matter most this cycle—never a slide-by-slide tour of every chart.
Operational dialogue
Department leads challenge definitions, surface local constraints, and agree which actions belong to the next thirty days.
Written close
Within one business day you receive a briefing note listing decisions, owners, and any data fixes needed before the next cycle.
Where we meet
Most briefings happen at your office in the Bangkok metro, at our Din Daeng rooms, or by video for multi-site leadership. Half-day on-site facilitation is listed on Rates.
Who should attend
Owners or managing directors, the finance lead, and one operations voice per major unit. Larger audiences dilute decisions; we recommend eight people or fewer.
