A recurring leadership pack and live briefing that keeps utilization, margin, and client health readable for growing service firms.
Who it is for
Service businesses that have outgrown informal weekly exports—clinics adding rooms, agencies hiring pods, hospitality groups opening sites, or field crews spanning provinces. If leadership meetings still begin with “whose numbers are these,” this engagement fits.
Scope and rhythm
We agree five to eight operating measures in the first two weeks, then run a monthly cycle: source validation, visual pack, narrative, and briefing. The pack stays short on purpose. Extra vanity charts are declined so the room can finish with decisions.
Process
- Discovery workshop with finance and operations.
- Measure definitions documented in plain language.
- First pack within three weeks of data access.
- Monthly production and briefing thereafter.
Constraints
Work already started in a cycle is billed even if a meeting is rescheduled. Dual-language packs (Thai and English) are available when scoped at the start. Travel outside Bangkok metro is quoted separately.
